When did you arrive at the Northern Warehouse?

February 2008.

How has the Northern Warehouse helped you as an artist?

The Northern Warehouse has helped me as an artist by immersing me in an artistic community as I am something of an outsider to the formal art community.

What would be your ideal project?

I don't have an ultimate 'ideal project' as that concept changes as I mature as an artist. Currently, my ideal project involves recording my kinetic gadgets with a high-speed, high-resolution video camera and making a video called 'Kinetic Ballet' set to transcendental music..

Who or what inspires you creatively?

What inspires me with my kinetic art is seeing other things that are composed of a large array of small, simple items. Things like bricks coming together to make a building, ceramic tiles creating a large picture mosaic, and dots of ink composing a pointello picture..

Anything else you would like people to know about you?

In addition to my kinetic art, I've been working for years on an epic to time-travel story. I also enjoy snorkeling anf scuba diving.
